Charisma is the personal quality of being able to attract, influence, and charm around you. Usually, it is easy to identify when someone is charismatic.

These behavioural traits can be learned by anyone, such as self-awareness, active listening, and treating each person to encounter with equal respect. A charismatic personality is someone who displays both social and leadership skills. They have warmth and competence that engages. Despite charisma is not merely a trait of celebrities or extroverts person, charisma is a learnable skill and so important. Why is that?

Charismatic people are emotionally intelligent. Charismatic people usually put people at ease. They have to do with body language, tone of voice, or being a good listener. However, the researchers suggest that a big part of affective presence may be how people regulate emotions. Leaders with charisma can put someone at ease by finding a positive solution, without suppressing their own emotions. They know how to actively listen and make people feel special.

Respect and inspire everyone. A charismatic person inspires and motivates followers to perform at high levels and to be committed to the cause. Charismatic people inspire action in others. They make others believe in what they are doing to inspire them to help them achieve their goals. Leaders with charisma have teams that are better at sharing information, which leads to more innovation. If they bring it to the workplace, you'll inspire their team to evolve.

Skilled communicators. A charismatic person is a skilled communicator, keep this in mind. They speak clearly, and carefully, and ensure that each statement has a purpose. When they speak, their listeners perk up and pay attention. They are also aware of their body language. Good posture and maintain eye contact when speaking. No matter what the situation, they strongly articulate their goals and vision.

Bottom of the line, being charismatic involves communicating dynamically, with passion and enthusiasm whilst displaying positive body language. It involves positivity, self-confidence, and optimism for others. People are willing to support you if you learn and try this personality. Thank you for today and as always have a nice day 😀.

About Phubbing

In the Digital Era, smartphones have become the number one priority in society. When it comes to our smartphones, nothing else in our lives gets as much attention. A single notification can branch to half days only checking the status or short videos on social media. If we lose it, the stress starts to build up rapidly. Getting by without a smartphone really is not possible anymore, and from that other areas of our lives are bound to be affected.   Phubbing describes the act of "phone-snubbing". It is a term that most people might not be familiar with, but the action is certainly one we all recognise. If we are going outside let's say, how often have we been physically in the presence of someone, but they're emotionally "not there" because they are absorbed in their smartphone? Quite a lot, isn't it?   Smartphones and text messaging help partners display love and affection to each other when they are physically apart. However, what happens when smart...
