Be Yourself

If you remember probably the teacher told you when you were in primary school "Just be yourself, Sweetheart." Your reaction can be a much happier person once you figure out who you truly are. But when you get older, being yourself can feel risky. If you are showing your true self, some people may indeed treat you differently, and that's a risk. But if you have to hide who you really are to be around these people, you can end up feeling lost, lonely, or even feel shame.

Being yourself is about letting drive your self-expression, to learn how to accept yourself, so you can truly be who you are. In other words, it's about how you show others how unique you are. Every person has their own unique ability to show and give a more positive outlook about themselves. Here are some of how to be yourself.

Accept yourself. Nowadays, social media can feel unattractive. Famous models and actors are attractive which is an important part of the job, but now our friends on social media have photoshopped or camera filters their pictures to perfection, which often makes you feel unattractive. It shows that the more social media we consume with attractive people, the worse we feel about ourselves. However, social media is social media where the place people can express themselves. Take a break from social media, then put more attention to other things that will validate yourself such as listening to inspirational podcasts.

Show your own vulnerability. Most of us don't really want to show the parts that we don't like. The parts that make us feel ashamed, angry, or weak. If you are wondering try to find out how can be yourself, the answer is a simple step into your pain and face your fears head-on. Be open and honest with your partners and loved ones. Tell them how you really feel and share your personal stories.

Express yourself. Record what you did well each day and what you enjoyed. Express yourself through art, writing, music, dance, or gardening. Expressing yourself can help you determine what you enjoy, how your experiences affect you, and how to start being yourself. In fact, it can help make relationships a bit easier and more enjoyable.

Being yourself is how to show who we are to society. There is no comparison between good and bad, it's about how unique you are in your own self. The world can be bitter if everyone has only one unique personality than many. Thank you for today and hopefully, you've learned something new today. Cheer up and have a nice day 😀.

In the Digital Era, smartphones have become the number one priority in society. When it comes to our smartphones, nothing else in our lives gets as much attention. A single notification can branch to half days only checking the status or short videos on social media. If we lose it, the stress starts to build up rapidly. Getting by without a smartphone really is not possible anymore, and from that other areas of our lives are bound to be affected.   Phubbing describes the act of "phone-snubbing". It is a term that most people might not be familiar with, but the action is certainly one we all recognise. If we are going outside let's say, how often have we been physically in the presence of someone, but they're emotionally "not there" because they are absorbed in their smartphone? Quite a lot, isn't it?   Smartphones and text messaging help partners display love and affection to each other when they are physically apart. However, what happens when smart...

The concept of bushido seemed to be finished and ended forever.   As the country grew into one of t...
