Self-Confidence

What do you think you are capable of? The answer is probably beyond what you realise today. Having self-confidence and believing in yourself are important elements of achieving your dreams. However, self-confidence isn't always an easy task. Studies estimated that 85% of people worldwide struggle with poor self-esteem. They tell us to play it safe and do things the way we have always done them to avoid getting hurt, embarrassed, or rejected, but you don't have to listen to them.

Confidence can also play a role in the motivation to reach your goals. Athletes with increased motivation to practice their sport of choice have a higher level of self-confidence. Your level of confidence even affects how to present yourself to others. Having a healthy level of self-confidence can help you become more successful in your personal and professional life. Luckily, increasing self-confidence is quite easy as long you pay attention to this secret.

Stop comparing yourself to others. This is a quite basic problem in our society. Social comparison theory, explains that making comparisons is natural. However, it may even have the opposite effect. Probably some of you compare how you look to people you follow on Instagram or your salary to what your friend earns. Stay away from that mindset, please. Keep a gratitude journal to help you recall the areas in life where you are blessed. This can help you focus on your own life.

Having positive people surround yourself. Let's sit back and take a moment to think about how your friends make you feel. Do they lift you up, bring you down, or even backstab you? Believe it or not, the people you spend time with them can influence your thoughts and attitudes about yourself, probably more than you know. If you feel about yourself after hanging out with a particular person, it's time to say goodbye. Seek out others who are positive can help build your confidence.

Set a realistic goal and achieve it. Every people has their own achievements and your achievement contributes greatly to your self-confidence. If you are making a commitment and take an action with it, you'll learn to trust yourself and your abilities more. But if it is otherwise, we lose trust and faith in our abilities, and our confidence suffers as a result.

Believing in yourself is the first step toward chasing your dreams. When you are self-confident, you trust your own judgment and abilities and have a strong sense of self-worth and self-belief. It can maintain your confidence for the long term. Well,  as always take you for your time and hopefully, you've something learned today from this article. Thank you and have a nice day 😀.

Living a Simple Life

In the modern era, living a simple life is quite tricky. We are constantly being attacked by ads, big sales, and messages telling us we need the latest gadget or must-have items. It must be difficult to resist these temptations when it feels like everyone around us is living a more glamorous life than we are.   Ok, let's take a look at what people often think of when they hear this phrase. Minimalism means having fewer things and only what is needed. Old-fashioned living means rejecting modernity and living like it's the past. Self-sufficiency means creating everything we need and buying as little as possible. All of those are close, but none of them are quite right. The opposite of simple is not modern, expensive, or dependent.   Living a simple life looks a little different for everyone, but at its core, simple living is all about focusing on the things that truly matter. For many of us, those include our family and our friends. By living a simple life, we can ...
