Growth Mindset and Fixed Mindset

Have you ever heard about growth and a fixed mindset? The way we think about our talent and intellect not only affects the way we feel, but it can also affect what we achieve, whether we keep to new habits, or develop new skills. So let's move on, a fixed mindset describes that they believe their intelligence, talents, and personalities are fixed traits that cannot grow. They believe we are unable to improve our level abilities over time. In other words, a fixed mindset means that they believe they are not good at something.

However, a growth mindset is where the people believe that their most basic abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work. Talent, intelligence, and personalities are just the starting point. Alternatively, in a growth mindset, people have an underlying belief that their learning and intelligence can grow with time and experience. When people believe they can become smarter, they realise that their effort has an effect on their success, so they are not afraid to put in extra time.

Science once told us that the human brain stops developing in childhood. However, we now know that our brain is constantly evolving and changing. Parts of the brain respond to experiences and our 'software' can be updated through learning. Some people still think that you're stuck with the talents and intelligence you're born with. So can a person's mindset change? The answer is yes we can change our mindset from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset.

So, a growth mindset believes that intelligence and talent can be improved. It leads to embracing flaws and mistakes as opportunities for growth, accepting setbacks as part of the learning process, and feeling empowered to reach goals. Also whenever they see other people's success, they see it as a source of inspiration. On the other hand, a fixed mindset believes that talent and intelligence are fixed. It leads to hiding flaws and mistakes, feeling ashamed about 'failures', and being unmotivated to achieve. Whenever they see other people's successes, they see it as a threat or a source of jealousy.

People have a way of thinking about their strengths and abilities. Those with a fixed mindset believe that they cannot change the hand they are dealt. While those with a growth mindset believe that they love to learn and develop more. So which one are you? Thank you for your time and have a nice day 😀.

Living a Simple Life

In the modern era, living a simple life is quite tricky. We are constantly being attacked by ads, big sales, and messages telling us we need the latest gadget or must-have items. It must be difficult to resist these temptations when it feels like everyone around us is living a more glamorous life than we are.   Ok, let's take a look at what people often think of when they hear this phrase. Minimalism means having fewer things and only what is needed. Old-fashioned living means rejecting modernity and living like it's the past. Self-sufficiency means creating everything we need and buying as little as possible. All of those are close, but none of them are quite right. The opposite of simple is not modern, expensive, or dependent.   Living a simple life looks a little different for everyone, but at its core, simple living is all about focusing on the things that truly matter. For many of us, those include our family and our friends. By living a simple life, we can ...

The code has been important to samurai warriors for centuries.   In World War II, the Japanese government pushed an ideology of bushido to imperial bushido on the citizens of Japan. It emphasized Japanese military spirit, honour, and self-sacrifice. However, when Japan its defeated in the war, people did not rise up as demanded by imperial bushido.
