    Have you ever taken a picture before eating? If yes, how often have you done that? let's move on, how long does it take for you to eat? According to a study, people spend an average of two-and-a-half hours a day eating, but more than half the time, we're doing something else. The reason are we're driving, reading, watching television, or checking social media, without being fully aware of what we're eating. This is what is called mindless eating.   Mindful eating means focusing on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting your feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations.
