  Do you know fish? do you like eating fish? Maybe one of you has allergies to seafood but do you know that fish is very good for your health? Fish is a low-fat high-quality protein and one of the most beneficial protein sources for our diet. Fish is filled with essential nutrients, such as omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins such as riboflavin (B2) and D. Moreover, fish is rich in calcium and phosphorus and a great source of minerals, such as iron, zinc, iodine, magnesium, and potassium.

  This is the reason why eating fish is very beneficial to our health. Let's move on deeply understand the health benefits of fish.

  Fish is healthy for the heart and brain. Yes, remember fish is a full pack of omega-3 fatty acids. These essential nutrients keep our heart and brain health. Fish has two omega-3 fatty acids, they are EPA and DHA. Our bodies don't produce an omega-3 fatty acid, so eating fish is quite necessary. Omega-3 fatty acids can help to maintain reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and abnormal heart rhythms. Moreover, it may reduce the risk of depression, Alzheimer's disease, and diabetes. 

  Fish helps improve vision and eye health. Other benefits of omega-3 fatty acids can improve our vision and eye health. This is because the brain and eyes are heavily concentrated in omega-3 fatty acids and need them to maintain their health and function. We may say that fish is one of the best sources of good fats.

  Fish can increase concentration and attention. For adolescents, consuming fish can help with concentration and attention. Moreover, students between the ages of 14 and 15 who ate fatty fish over other meats had higher rates of concentration and were able to pay attention longer. It is very beneficial for students who want to be more fully concentrated while studying. 

  Fish is an amazing food given from earth to us. It is absolutely mind-body benefits food rich in high-quality protein, protective omega-3 fats, vitamins, and minerals. So starting tomorrow make a dish based on fresh fish and it recommended two servings per week. Your body and mind will love you for it.
