  Ah yes, a cup of tea. The aroma and flavour make a cup of tea become a best friend on our side while working, hanging out, or alone. Drinking a cup of tea every day can help you stay healthy and happy. Tea is a complex beverage with different flavours and variants due to varied cultivation regions and production methods. The tea plant grows best in loose, deep soil, at high altitudes, and in sub-tropical climates. 

  The tea plant, which grows naturally in the wild throughout much of Asia. The terrain requires their premium teas to be hand-plucked, and it takes around 2000 tiny leaves to make just one pound of finished tea. The leaves of this plant contain naturally occurring caffeine that is actually higher in concentration than in coffee beans. The actual caffeine content in a cup of true tea varies largely depending on the production method. White tea tends to have the lowest caffeine content while black teas and matcha green tea have the highest concentrations of caffeine.

  Tea has a different flavour and aroma. For example, white tea. It has delicate, naturally sweet and rounded lend this tea its soft and subtle flavour profile. In appearance, it has a light yellow tea although some varieties can have hints of green as well. White tea has one of the more mild flavours, as a result, white tea is a universally good choice for tea drinkers. Another example, green tea. Most green teas are light green or slightly yellow in colour. Green teas have nutty flavours like Chinese green teas or vegetal and herbaceous flavours like Japanese green teas. 

  Well, let's talk about the advantages and disadvantages in general. Drinking tea is that tea has less amount of caffeine than coffee. Drinking tea can be helpful for reducing stress and it has various health benefits such as heart disease and cancer. On the other hand, drinking tea has tannic acid. Tannic acid can reduce the iron in our blood that can lead to anaemia. Also, if the person consumes too much tea, it may lead to kidney disease and liver disease.
